Jennifer A. Cormier is a partner in WFBM's San Francisco office.  Her practice focuses on environmental litigation with an emphasis on the defense of asbestos defendants. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented manufacturers, distributors, contractors and premises owners in multiple-party litigation involving exposure to a variety of toxins.  In fact, a significant part of Jennifer's practice is devoted to the strategic negotiation of settlements for a number of the firm's clients in the areas of asbestos and toxic torts.  Over the last eight years, she has successfully negotiated over a thousand favorable resolutions for our clients.  Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as Assistant Attorney General for the Louisiana Department of Justice where she specialized in consumer fraud.
