Larry Duffy has been with the firm since its inception, and he has practiced law in California for over three decades. He has extensive experience in advising and counseling corporate clients in a variety of legal matters. Larry has handled multiple business and banking litigation matters. During the past several years, he has concentrated his practice in the area of general business and corporate transactional matters, including business organization and maintenance, acquisitions, shareholder agreements and related matters.
