| Partner Stephen M. Nichols to speak at Asbestos Litigation Conference

This May, Partner Stephen M. Nichols of the Orange office will be speaking at the Mealey's Trial Skills for Asbestos Attorneys Conference in Philadelphia. The conference includes presentations on the issues involved with asbestos litigation in several specific industries. Nichols' presentation, entitled "The Case For and Against Joint Compound Manufacturers/Distributors", will concentrate on the facts surrounding asbestos exposure specifically from asbestos containing joint compounds. Nichols is incredibly experienced in the field and boasts an extensive list of successful trials in the defense of joint-compound manufacturers.
