Partner Stephen M. Nichols has been invited to speak in the California Asbestos Litigation Conference this coming fall in Beverly Hills, California. This conference, held by HarrisMartin publishing, will feature defense and plaintiff attorneys from across the state. The full-day conference will address some of the most recent issues that trial counsel and the courts are dealing with both procedurally and substantively in California asbestos litigation.

Mr. Nichols will be speaking as part of a panel discussing asbestos litigation in the Los Angeles area specifically, in a section entitled "Improving Los Angeles Litigation - View from the Bench and Bar". This conference will be his third asbestos litigation conference this year.
