| Partner Thomas G. Scully Presenting in Los Angeles Asbestos Conference

WFB&M partner Thomas G. Scully will be participating in a two-day asbestos litigation conference titled "Cutting Edge Issues in Asbestos Litigation." The event, hosted by Perrin Conferences, will take place in Los Angeles, California, on February 25-26, 2010. Perrin Conferences is offering free admission to in-house counsel and insurance adjusters. The conference will be held in the historic Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Mr. Scully's portion of the conference will cover the recent issues facing heavy equipment manufacturers in asbestos litigation given the three conflicting California Appellate Court decisions that broke during the 2009 year - Taylor, O'Neil, and Merrill.
