We are pleased to announce that WFB&M Partner, Deidre Cohen Katz, will be co-chairing the HarrisMartin Benzene Litigation Conference to be held in New York City on December 3 and 4, 2007. She is organizing and moderating the conference with a well known plaintiffs' attorney active in benzene litigation. The conference will explore current claims and defenses in benzene litigation through a mock trial, and will follow a trace benzene/leukemia case from jury selection through verdict.
