Karen Agelson is a partner in WFB&M’s Orange County office, and her primary practice focuses on environmental litigation and toxic torts. Ms. Agelson’s experience includes multiple party litigation involving exposure to asbestos, chemicals and other environmental toxins. Ms. Agelson has also litigated a number of hazardous waste claims, and is experienced in dealing with state and federal environmental regulations. Ms. Agelson has been involved in numerous trials, binding arbitrations, and mediations involving these types of claims. Ms. Agelson boasts a stellar trial record, having won three defense verdicts in the past two years. In addition to her litigation and arbitration experience, Ms. Agelson has nine years of teaching experience.
