Ronald H. Bevins, Jr., founding partner of WFB&M, has practiced law in California
since 1983. In 25 years, he has seen his firm grow from two to over 90 attorneys. Currently, Mr. Bevins' practice
includes an emphasis on toxic tort/environmental, employment, construction defect, municipal, travel and general
business litigation. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented municipalities, manufacturers,
distributors, and subcontractors in multiple party litigation. Formerly the managing partner of the firm, Mr. Bevins
began and annually organizes the firm's Seagull Golf Tournament , which has raised funds for the resesarch,
prevention and treatment of juvenile diabetes for over twenty years. Mr. Bevins is Martindale Hubbell AV peer review rated.

Kummel v. Old World; Successful defense verdict after approximately one month trial in Orange County Superior
Court in business tort-contract dispute involving approximately $15 million in assets.
Millard v. Kent Realty; Successful unanimous plaintiff jury verdict in favor of real estate investors against
real estate company selling investment properties. Award successfully included $300,000 in punitive damages.
Approximately one month jury trial held in San Diego Superior Court.
Security Pacific Mortgage Co. v. Nourian; Successful plaintiff jury verdict (12-0), including fraud and punitive
damages in excess of $1 million against defendants in the Orange County Superior Court before Judge Fitzgerald.
