Daniel R. Jacobs is a partner in WFB&M’s general litigation department. His practice areas include business litigation, construction law, products liability, premises liability, and public entity litigation. Mr. Jacobs has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including business owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, material suppliers and others. Mr. Jacobs has been involved in several trials and binding arbitrations and has mediated numerous business litigation matters and hundreds of construction defect claims to resolution.
