Heather L. Nicoletti is a partner in the firm’s Orange office. She is experienced in toxic tort defense and environmental litigation involving exposure to various materials including asbestos, chemicals, silica and others, with an emphasis on premises and products liability. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented premise owners, manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors in multiple party litigation. Ms. Nicoletti has been involved in several trials and has handled numerous mediations involving these types of claims. Ms. Nicoletti’s impressive trial record includes three consecutive defense verdicts in asbestos cancer cases since 2007.
