Lisa Martin Rice is a partner and is the administrator for the Environmental and General Liability practice groups in WFB&M's Orange office. Her practice focuses on environmental litigation with an emphasis on premises liability, products liability and toxic tort. She has successfully represented manufacturers, distributors, premises owners, and retailers in multiple party and class action litigation involving exposure to chemicals, metals, mold and other environmental toxins. Additionally, Ms. Rice handles and supervises all aspects of trial and trial preparation, from managing discovery and defending numerous experts and PMKs (Persons Most Knowledgeable) in deposition to resolving cases through trial, dispositive motions and settlement. She has participated in many trials on her clients' behalf. Ms. Rice also gives presentations for various clients on current trends in the law.

Hoffman v. Newhall Land, et al.; Dismissal of manufacturer in a personal injury case involving exposure to toxic mold. Dismissed on first day of trial.
Navarette, et al. v. J.H. Armington, Inc. et al.; Demurrers on behalf of several clients sustained without leave to amend in case involving multiple plaintiffs' personal injury claims from exposure to toxic chemicals.
Calcagno v. 3M, et al.; Dismissal of a manufacturer of custom and pre-fabricated orthotic braces, and a non-profit medical research company in a toxic tort case.
