Thomas G. Scully, a partner in WFB&M’s Orange office, has practiced law for over twenty five years. Mr. Scully’s primary practice is in environmental litigation with a focus on product liability, premises liability and toxic tort defense. Mr. Scully has handled hundreds of cases, and has a 90% success rate on trials reaching verdict. Mr. Scully is Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated. He is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve.
