Tina Van Dam is a partner in WFB&Ms Southern California Environmental Department. Her practice focuses on environmental litigation with an emphasis on product liability, premises liability and toxic tort. Ms. Van Dams experience includes litigating multiple party litigation involving exposure to asbestos, chemicals and other environmental toxins including hands on case management and supervision of matters for large entities such as utilities, the aerospace industry, and national product manufacturers. Additionally, Ms. Van Dam has been involved in numerous trials on her clients behalf and participated in successful resolution of cases through both trial and settlement. Ms Van Dams academic accomplishments include being a trial team partner and coach for the Whittier Law School Moot Court program from 1998-2000, as well as receiving the CALI Award for Excellence in both Moot Court and Legal Research in Writing. In 1998, Ms. Van Dam was a research assistant for the Honorable David G. Sills, presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District Division Three in Orange County.
