Ian P. Dillon is a partner in the firm's San Francisco asbestos department. His primary practice focuses on toxic tort/environmental litigation involving exposure to various materials including asbestos, chemicals, silica and others, with an emphasis on premises and products liability. Mr. Dillon also has experience as a plaintiff's attorney in products liability cases. Mr. Dillon has tried and second-chaired several trials and has participated in the successful resolution of cases through settlement negotiations and dispositive motions.
