Randall J. Lee has practiced law in California for twenty years. Mr. Lee's practice focuses on business litigation, employment practices, construction law, products liability, premises liability, and public entity litigation. He has been involved in several trials and binding arbitrations and has handled numerous mediations involving these types of claims. Mr. Lee has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including private companies and individuals, municipalities, manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors in complex and multiple party litigation. Mr. Lee frequently gives lectures and presentations for various clients in preventing employment litigation.
