Florence McClain is a partner in WFB&M's San Francisco office. Ms. McClain focuses her practice on environmental litigation with an emphasis on product liability and toxic tort. She represents clients in litigation involving exposure to alleged harmful substances, such as asbestos. Throughout her career, she has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers and premises owners in multiple party litigation. Ms. McClain has been involved in dozens of asbestos cases throughout all phases including verdict. She has handled numerous trials, binding arbitrations and mediations involving these types of claims.
