Andrew Nelson has practiced law in California since 1997. His primary practice focuses on environmental litigation and toxic torts, with an emphasis on environmental contamination, silica, products liability and premises liability cases. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and individuals in complex and multiple party litigation. Mr. Nelson has been involved in several trials and binding arbitrations and has handled numerous mediations involving these types of claims. In addition to his litigation and arbitration experience, Mr. Nelson has prepared and presented several lectures in environmental litigation.
