Azniv Khararjian is an associate at Walsworth who focuses her practice on general liability cases, asbestos litigation, and toxic tort matters. She has experience in all aspects of litigation, including case management, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, law and motion, trial preparation, and negotiating settlement terms.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Azniv gained experience in civil litigation working on a variety of business, employment, construction, and environmental matters. She also worked for several years as a legal assistant/paralegal prior to graduating from law school.
Azniv is fluent in Armenian.
- Served as second chair in the successful defense of a three-week state court class action jury trial involving more than 470 plaintiffs, multiple defendants, 30+ witnesses, and complex electrical and fire investigation issues.
In her spare time, Azniv enjoys watching sports, especially basketball, football and baseball (her favorite teams are the Lakers, 49ers and Dodgers!), and taking Pilates or barre method classes. She also loves the outdoors and tries to go on weekly hikes.
