Nicholas Husher focuses his practice on representing a wide variety of clients in product liability, premises liability, toxic torts, and environmental litigation. He is involved with all aspects of pre-litigation, including propounding and responding to discovery, conducting document review, writing motions and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Nicholas had experience in complex class action defense litigation, as well as product liability, toxic tort, general litigation and breach of contract matters.
Nicholas graduated from William & Mary Law School, where he wrote for the William & Mary Business Law Review. He was also a general board member of the Public Service Fund and Community Service Chair and Wythe Chapter Mock Trial Member of Phi Alpha Delta.
While away from the office, Nicholas enjoys going to the gym, golfing, hiking, rock climbing and camping.
