Ryan Karrer is a senior counsel at Walsworth, where he focuses his practice on asbestos, general liability, and employment matters. He participates in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial.
Ryan has represented a wide range of clients, including small businesses and insurance carriers, in general liability, personal injury, and labor and employment matters, including class actions, and cases filed under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). He has prepared and argued a variety of discovery and dispositive motions, taken and defended numerous depositions of clients, insurance carriers, experts, and percipient witnesses, and handled mediations on behalf of his clients. Ryan has also served as second-chair at trial.
Ryan is admitted to practice in California, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
- Served as second chair during a seven-day, general liability civil trial where Plaintiff sought over $1 million in damages from a transportation services company, but the jury awarded only $40,000.
