Saba Salamatian is an associate at Walsworth who focuses her practice on general liability, insurance bad faith defense, and toxic tort matters. She participates in all aspects of litigation, including case management, discovery, law and motion, and trial preparation.
Before joining Walsworth, Saba represented a wide range of clients in personal injury, HOA, landlord-tenant, and premises liability matters. She has extensive experience in developing case strategies with clients, taking and defending depositions of witnesses, drafting and arguing a variety of motions, consulting with various experts, participating in expert discovery, advocating during mediation, and negotiating settlements.
As an early graduate from law school, Saba was recognized as a consecutive member of the Dean’s Honor Roll and an American Jurisprudence Award recipient for the Mediation Clinic. In addition, she received an Academic Merit Scholarship, a Distinguished Advocate Award, an Oral Advocacy Scholarship, and a Student of Distinction Award. While in law school, she participated as a small claims court mediator, obtaining ample experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Saba is fluent in Farsi/Persian.

As an Orange County native, Saba loves going to the beach and getting outdoors, whether it’s going on hikes or walking along the ocean. When she isn’t working, Saba enjoys exercising, listening to music, finding new local vegetarian cuisine, and spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs – Bernie and Duke. She also has a Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do and is a self-proclaimed indoor-cycling enthusiast.
