Samantha Adhikari focuses her practice on defending a wide range of litigation claims, including general liability and asbestos litigation.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Samantha served as a clerk for the district attorneys in various counties, including San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara. During her time as a clerk, she prepared and argued multiple preliminary hearings for a wide range of criminal litigations, including possession of narcotics, theft, and vandalism.
Samantha is fluent in Nepalese and conversational in Ilokano.
While attending Hastings College of the Law, Samantha was a member of the Hastings Moot Court Board and an Executive Articles Editor for the Hastings Women’s Law Journal. Samantha has also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines.
During her free time, Samantha enjoys hiking, yoga, reading The Economist, and baking snickerdoodles.
