Seana Azad defends clients in asbestos and general litigation matters. He is involved with all aspects of pre-litigation, including developing case strategy, conducting discovery, and writing pre-trial and dispositive motions.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Seana worked in a variety of practice areas including toxic and mass tort litigation cases, construction defect litigation, and employment and labor law litigation.
Seana served as second chair in an asbestos trial that resulted in settlement during Plaintiff’s case. He also served as third chair in a talcum powder trial in Los Angeles that resulted in a defense verdict.
Seana is fluent in Farsi.
During law school and while awaiting his bar results, Seana worked as a law clerk for the Santa Clara District Attorney’s office and the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s office where he assisted district attorneys by examining police officers during preliminary hearings, preparing motions and conducting legal research.
During his free time, Seana enjoys running with his dog, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
