Steven Loi focuses his practice primarily on premises liability, general liability and construction law. He represents entities such as product manufacturers and distributors, premises owners and contractors through all phases of pre-trial litigation. Steven is experienced in counseling clients through litigation strategies, attending depositions, and drafting and arguing motions.
While at a previous firm, Steven represented numerous automobile manufacturers and dealerships on breach of warranty cases brought under state and federal consumer protection laws. This involved handling matters from inception through successful resolution via strategies designed to evaluate and resolve such claims to avoid lengthy and costly litigation.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Steven handled complex civil litigation, including professional liability, real estate and business litigation. Steven’s broad range of experience includes mediations and informal settlement negotiations. Steven also previously worked in business development for a leading multinational law firm.

Steven was born and raised in Southern California. Outside the office, Steven enjoys traveling the world with his wife, trying new foods at hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and cheering on his hometown Los Angeles Lakers.
