Representative Successes
  • Obtained a jury verdict in a motor vehicle accident case and limited the verdict to $40,000 when potential exposure was in excess of $700,000. Plaintiff’s claims included prior and potential future back surgery, as well as significant loss of earnings claim.
  • Negotiated a successful settlement of client’s wrongful termination and sexual harassment case for a fraction of the potential exposure of over seven figures through investigation of the plaintiff’s co-workers and former employees that demonstrated that plaintiff’s claims were not as substantial as alleged.
  • Successfully recovered a pre-litigation settlement for Policy Limits in a brain injury case involving a minor hit by a drunk driver through the use of expert opinion regarding the future medical care of the minor plaintiff.
Beyond the Office

Thomas’ interests include history, especially Renaissance History, World War II, Ancient Greece, and Rome. When he is not reading or practicing law, he enjoys working out and stand-up paddle boarding.
