Associate (5+ Years) – General Liability Defense Civil Litigation

We are seeking a motivated attorney with 5 or more years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.). We offer fully remote or hybrid work options from our offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. Applicants must reside in California and be available to make in-person appearances as needed.  Ideal candidates can work independently with limited supervision, and will have significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position starts at $150,000 – $175,000 (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm. The exact amount of salary for this position is dependent on a variety of factors). In addition to base salary, Walsworth offers an additional bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $29,000, paid parental leave, paid sick time, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k.
