Associate (3+ Years) – Toxic Tort and/or Products Liability Defense

We are seeking motivated associate attorneys for our Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Francisco offices with 3 or more years of post-Bar experience litigating matters on the defense side, preferably including toxic tort and/or products liability matters. We offer fully remote or hybrid work options. However, applicants must reside in California and be available to make in-person appearances as needed. Ideal candidates will work effectively both individually and collaboratively as the role will require candidates to handle cases with limited day-to-day supervision while collaborating with other team members for development of overall strategy to meet case goals. Ideal candidates will also have experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Experience attending mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials is a plus. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this California-based position is $110,000-$150,000, and represents Walsworth’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant experience, and qualifications.
