Senior Level Attorney – Non-Asbestos Toxic Tort Defense

Our Toxic Tort practice is seeking a motivated senior level attorney with experience working on the defense of non-asbestos toxic tort matters. Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
• Prior experience handling the defense of toxic tort/product liability cases is preferred
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Significant experience managing cases, conducting discovery, taking/defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial
• Significant experience supervising associates on matters

Compensation:

• The annual base salary for this position starts at $175,000 – $200,000 (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate will receive is dependent on a variety of factors)
• Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+
