Trial Attorney – General Liability, Products Liability, and/or Asbestos Defense
Our team is seeking an experienced trial attorney for our San Francisco, Orange County, or Los Angeles office with significant civil defense litigation experience and jury trial experience in the areas of general liability (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.), products liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort. Requirements:
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
- Significant first chair jury trial experience, and extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including to attend trial
Compensation:
- The annual base salary for this position starts at $160,000 to $200,000+ depending on years of experience and trial experience (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate will receive is dependent on a variety of factors)
- Robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+
