Trial Attorney – General Liability, Products Liability, and/or Asbestos Defense

Our trial team is seeking an experienced trial attorney for our San Francisco, Orange County, or Los Angeles office. The annual base salary for this position starts at $170,000 to $200,000+, depending on years of experience and trial experience (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm, and the actual salary a candidate will receive is dependent on a variety of factors). We also have a robust bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+.

Now that you have read about all the great reasons to be part of the Walsworth community, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
  • Significant civil defense litigation experience and jury trial experience in the areas of general liability (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.), products liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort
  • Extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed, including to attend trial
