Walsworth Expands Toxic Tort Practice in San Francisco

Orange, California—June 1, 2017—Walsworth today announced that Robert Nelder has joined the San Francisco office as a senior trial counsel in the firm’s toxic tort practice. Robert comes to Walsworth after having been a partner at Hassard Bonnington LLP since 2002.

Robert has over 28 years of litigation experience representing a diverse group of manufacturers, distributors, contractors and premises owners in tort actions. He has tried or 2nd-chaired in excess of 20 jury trials to verdict in San Francisco, Alameda, Los Angeles and San Diego Superior Courts, and has deposed hundreds of plaintiffs and product identification witnesses in toxic tort, asbestos and other product liability cases.

Robert earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
