- Solis v Kemper Services Group, et al. – Successful Motion for Summary Judgment in Los Angeles County Superior Court for carrier in bad faith litigation arising from auto theft claim. Insured claimed carrier failed to properly investigate the claim and unreasonably denied coverage. However, undisputed facts establishing discrepancies in insured’s description of theft and the insureds failure to cooperate warranted a reasonable denial of the claim based on misrepresentation.
