Kevinn Souffrant is an associate at Walsworth who focuses his practice on general liability matters. He is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including case management, preparing responsive pleadings and dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery, attending mediations and settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Kevinn practiced law in Pennsylvania and represented a variety of insurance companies, corporations, non-profit organizations, and public entities in personal injury, products liability, commercial litigation, and employment matters pending in both Federal and State courts. He was also named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in Pennsylvania from 2021-2023.

Outside of the office, Kevinn is a huge soccer fan. He played soccer all of his life and still plays in leagues on weekends. He is a big fan of Real Madrid but enjoys watching most teams play. He is also a big fan of the NBA and the Lakers, although he was born in Boston and most of his family live there. Kevinn also enjoys going to live sporting events, going to restaurants, and just aimlessly walking around. He grew up in Haiti, which is where his love for traveling began.
