Lital Ruimy is a senior associate at Walsworth who focuses her practice on toxic tort matters. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including case management, propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, law and motion, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Walsworth, Lital gained significant experience representing a wide variety of clients in asbestos, toxic tort, personal injury, and general liability matters.
